Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Brand Zo. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and service cancellations are handled.
1. Service Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice via email. Cancellation requests must be sent to our official email address.
- If cancellation is requested before project initiation, partial refund may be considered.
- If work has already started, charges for completed work will be deducted.
- Monthly marketing services require cancellation notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- No refund for completed services.
- No refund for digital marketing campaigns already executed.
- Advance payments are generally non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Refund (if approved) will be processed within 7-15 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable once delivered or initiated:
- SEO Services
- Paid Advertising Campaign Setup
- Website Development (after work begins)
- Content Creation & Graphic Design (after delivery)
4. Client Responsibility
Delays caused by lack of communication, missing information, or delayed approvals from the client side will not qualify for refunds.
5. Exceptional Cases
Brand Zo reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances.
